Forge + PM Tracker

Forge manufacturing ERP

Replace the spreadsheets, or the ERP your team works around.

The ease of a job-shop system, with the depth regulated work demands. Forge is for contract manufacturers: machine shops, aerospace, medical device, defense and ISO 9001 shops.

Which one sounds like your shop?

You run on Excel and Word

  • Quotes, orders and travelers are separate files, so people re-type the same job.
  • You find out what a job really cost long after it shipped, if at all.
  • The schedule depends on one person who knows it.
  • An NCR means hunting for the right version of the form.

Forge gives you a single record from quote to invoice, and it starts at the Core plan, so you only buy what you need. See pricing

You've outgrown an old ERP

  • The screens look decades old, and new hires take months to learn them.
  • The workflows were built for how shops ran years ago.
  • Getting a report out takes a specialist, or an export to Excel.
  • Quality and change records live in a different system, or in binders.

Forge is a modern web app, with scheduling, quality and change control in one place. Tell us what you run today and we'll talk through what moving looks like.

Schedule by job or by machine

Start from an automatic schedule, then adjust it where your planners know better.

Auto scheduling

Forge plans each job back from its due date using your routing estimates, and shows what's going to be late.

Job view

See every job on one chart and spot which ones are running late.

Machine view

The Advanced Scheduling module plans operations forward from now against machine capacity. Each machine gets a lane, and you drag work and approve the plan.

Questions we expect

Where does Forge run?

On your own PC or server, using a Windows installer. Your data stays with you.

Does Forge make us compliant?

No software can do that alone. Forge is designed to support your quality system, and your shop is what gets certified.

Do we have to buy everything?

No. Start with Core and add modules when you need them, or take Complete if you need quality, documents and change control from the start.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $5 per concurrent user per month, and deployment is a one-time charge. See pricing and the calculator.
